Yael Keller is excited to return to her Hillel roots at Penn Hillel. Before studying at the Pardes Institute of Judaic Studies in Jerusalem and earning a Masters in Public Policy from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management and a Masters in Jewish Professional Leadership at the Hornstein Jewish Professional Leadership Program at Brandeis University, she spent two years working at Hillel's Schusterman International Center doing measurement and evaluation in collaboration with Hillels around the country.
Yael recently moved from New York, where she served as the Director of Operations at Yeshivat Maharat. Prior to that she was the Director of Programming and Interim Director at Uri L’Tzedek, the Orthodox Social Justice movement. When not at Hillel, Yael is exploring Philadelphia with her husband, Rabbi Will, and two children, Ariella and Davidi.
