Measuring Our Impact


OOI is committed to sophisticated and thorough investigations of the impact of our programs. We have invested heavily in our own Client Relationship Management (CRM) software that can be adapted in real-time to measure our goals. In addition to understanding the effects of our programs on individuals, we are also able to track cohort development to confirm that our social-by-design projects actually create long-lasting cohort experiences. At OOI, we are invested in utilizing data while also understanding its limits. We are invested equally in the kinds of knowledge we can capture with numbers and the kinds of knowledge numbers cannot always describe. For this reason, we supplement our data analysis with robust qualitative evaluations.
